Tunari, str. 22 decembrie 1989, Nr. 20A, room nr.1 with fiscal code 46806420 and number in the trade register J23/6159/2022, hereinafter referred to as SC Santiago Live Events S.R.L.

In accordance with Article 12.6 of the GDPR, when you exercise any of these rights, SC Santiago Live Events S.R.L, as data controller, reserves the right to request proof of your identity. Please be aware that the data requested for proof of identity will be deleted as soon as we respond to your request.
We are obliged to respond within one (1) month to all requests to exercise these rights. This period may be extended to two (2) months for complex or very large requests.
Confidentiality of minors
SC Santiago Live Events S.R.L does not knowingly contact or collect information from persons under the age of 18. Our website is not intended to solicit information of any kind from persons under the age of 18.
If we become aware of such information in error, we will obtain appropriate parental consent to use such information or, if that is not possible, we will delete the information from our servers.
